Description

Manage the installation, testing, and maintenance of network systems in cell site environments across Los Angeles, CA.

Responsibilities

• Install, test, and troubleshoot network equipment and hardware components.
• Interpret construction drawings, site documents, and RFDS/Port Matrix documentation.
• Configure routers and integrate Nokia/T-Mobile equipment for In-Building and Macro deployments.
• Update customer applications and follow Method of Procedure (MOP) instructions.
• Correlate telemetry and establish benchmarks to support proactive network operations.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in Internet or Telecommunications networking.
• Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience working in a cell site environment.
• Proficiency with Fiber, RF, Electrical, CAT5/6, and T1 Copper technologies.
• Experience with router configuration and optical networking interfaces.
• Working knowledge of DNS and BGP protocols.
• Understanding of traffic engineering, Ethernet services, and Internet access services.
• Ability to obtain, process, and store throughput and performance metrics.
• Any Graduate degree.
