Description

You will provide technical support for Infiniband network services, maintaining connectivity and resolving complex communication errors.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Support and maintain network connectivity within Infiniband environments.
• Troubleshoot network security and connectivity issues.
• Manage Wide Area Network (WAN) configurations and stability.
• Monitor and resolve VoIP and TCP/IP communication errors.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in network support or engineering.
• Hands-on experience with Cisco Systems hardware and software.
• Deep understanding of TCP/IP protocols.
• Experience managing Voice over IP (VoIP) systems.
• Proficiency in Wide Area Network (WAN) administration.
• Knowledge of Network Security implementation and maintenance.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent graduate level education.
