Description

Design and oversee large-scale network infrastructure within a financial services environment. You will own the architecture for public cloud, private cloud, and software-defined data centers.

Responsibilities

• Design architecture and solutions across public cloud, private cloud, and software-defined data centers.
• Facilitate technical discussions between engineering teams and non-technical stakeholders.
• Manage interdisciplinary infrastructure dependencies including DNS, AD, and data networking.
• Implement infrastructure security strategies and DevOps methodologies.

Required Skills

• 15+ years of network infrastructure experience in the financial services industry.
• Proficiency in routing protocols, specifically eBGP and iBGP.
• Hands-on experience with AWS, Azure, Oracle, Kindral/IBM zCloud, or Google Private Cloud.
• Experience with SD-WAN, Velocloud, or equivalent products.
• Proficiency in Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using Hashicorp Terraform and Ansible Tower.
• Ability to use Python for deployment and custom scripting.
• Experience with networking platforms including Palo Alto, Cisco, Arista, and Cumulus.
• Knowledge of DNS/DHCP (Infoblox) and application load balancers.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with proxy servers such as Netskope or Forcepoint.
• Bachelor's degree.
