Description

Lead SD-WAN integration into customer infrastructure and serve as Tier 3/Tier 4 engineering support for service delivery.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Execute SD-WAN deployment runbooks based on design architecture.
• Develop software, configuration files, and test plans from detailed design documents.
• Perform network assessments covering architecture, routing, security, and cloud services.
• Conduct functional testing, resolve errors, and document risk assessments in Microsoft Word.
• Manage formal handovers to operational teams through documentation and knowledge transfer.

Required Skills

• 6+ years of experience in SD-WAN and network service delivery engineering.
• Advanced knowledge of SD-WAN, networking, routing, and network virtualization.
• Hands-on experience with network automation and network management concepts.
• Proficiency in cloud-based technologies and tools.
• Experience with unit testing and risk management.
• Strong ability to articulate technical design and architecture to stakeholders.
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.

• Experience with data management and data analytics.
