Description

Maintain and secure enterprise infrastructure to ensure uninterrupted service across hosted systems.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Lead troubleshooting efforts, including incident reporting and root cause analysis.
• Develop and maintain scripts, automation platforms, and Infrastructure as Code.
• Participate in design discussions for system architectures, topologies, and hardware configurations.
• Perform scheduled tasks, daily checklists, and participate in an on-call rotation.
• Provide monitoring observations and updates during application performance and outage incidents.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience in network infrastructure and enterprise systems.
• Proficiency with Bash, Python, and Ansible for automation.
• Hands-on experience with Datacenter Routing & Switching and Firewalls.
• Experience designing and implementing SD-WAN/SDN converged networks using Cisco, VMware, FortiGate, and AWS.
• Practical or theoretical knowledge of Clos networking architecture.
• Implementation of network protocols including BGP, VxLAN, IPsec, and SD-WAN.
• Management of centralized firewalls using FortiGate and Palo Alto platforms.
• Working knowledge of NFS, VRFs, VNIs, VLANs, SNMP, Spanning-tree, DHCP, and Kerberos.
• Ability to troubleshoot high-priority issues in environments with stringent uptime requirements.
