Description

You will debug complex networking problems on hosted platforms and manage the full incident lifecycle. You will replicate customer issues in a lab environment to test fixes with the engineering team.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose complex server and network issues in multi-vendor, multi-protocol environments.
• Set up infrastructure and create technical knowledge articles.
• Manage the full incident and ticket lifecycle for various solutions.
• Replicate customer issues within a lab environment to test possible fixes with the engineering team.
• Handle perimeter, endpoint, web, and email security operations.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of hands-on experience in a similar role.
• Expert-level knowledge of Routing, OSPF, BGP, MPLS, and L3 VPN.
• Deep understanding of the TCP/IP protocol suite.
• Strong experience with IPSec VPN, SSL-VPN, NAT, and GRE.
• Hands-on experience with firewalls (SFW, NGFW), intrusion detection, anti-virus, and content filtering.
• Knowledge of security logs, vulnerabilities, CVEs, and threat maps.
• Working knowledge of Linux/Unix environments.
• Understanding of virtualization, SaaS, and IaaS technologies.
• Ability to work in 24x7 rotational shifts.
