Description

Lead the integration, troubleshooting, and maintenance of diverse web applications within Cloudflare environments.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Integrate client applications into Cloudflare and manage security policies across zones.
• Configure and fine-tune F5 ASM policies, including learning mode monitoring and post-blocking troubleshooting.
• Maintain F5 device health by remediating CVEs, performing upgrades, and managing configuration backups via BIGIQ.
• Resolve technical tasks within the Helix Ticketing System to maintain Service Level Agreements.

Required Skills

• 3-5 years of experience with Cloudflare systems, including Zero Trust Network Access and Spectrum.
• 3-5 years of DNS management experience.
• 3-5 years of experience with Cloudflare Zone-level Web Application Firewall (WAF).
• 3-5 years of experience with F5 ASM, including policy creation and fine-tuning.
• Hands-on experience with F5 LTM, including VIP creation, iRule modification, and certificate management.
• Experience with F5 GTM (Wide IP creation) and F5 APM (SAML policy creation).
• Proficiency with Cloudflare Certificate Manager, Bot protection, and DDoS protection implementation.
• Knowledge of Cloudflare Transform, Configuration, Page, Redirect, IP Access, Cache, and Origin Rules.

Preferred Skills

• F5 device-level maintenance including iHealth/qkview and device cleanup.
