Description

You will manage day-to-day network operations and troubleshoot large-scale infrastructure and data centers. You are responsible for configuring and resolving issues with Cisco routers, switches, and VoIP systems. You will coordinate with clients and admin teams to drive process improvements and faster resolution times. You will also prepare weekly and monthly operational reports.

Responsibilities

• Configure and troubleshoot switching technologies including STP, VTP, HSRP, VLAN, and Call Manager.
• Manage routing protocols such as static, BGP, OSPF, and EIGRP.
• Handle WAN troubleshooting and coordinate with ISPs for connectivity issues.
• Analyze incident, change, and problem tickets to provide improvement plans.
• Manage basic wireless troubleshooting and network security tasks.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of hands-on experience with Data and VoIP networks.
• Proficiency in configuring and troubleshooting Cisco Routers and Switches.
• Experience managing large-scale network infrastructure and Data Centers.
• Knowledge of Cisco ASA 5500 Series Firewalls and Cisco Switch/FWSM 6500-E.
• Familiarity with Nexus switches and Riverbed Wan Optimization devices.
• Understanding of Incident and Change Management procedures.
• Ability to work in a 24x7 operational environment.

Preferred Skills

• Cisco CCNP (Routing/Switching) certification.
• ITIL certification.
