Description

Key Responsibilities:
• Manage and support enterprise LAN/WAN/WLAN/SD-WAN environments
• Configure and troubleshoot Cisco routers, switches, wireless controllers, and security devices
• Monitor network performance and resolve connectivity, latency, and availability issues
• Handle incident management, problem management, and RCA
• Execute network changes, upgrades, and maintenance
• Support Firewall, Load Balancer, NAC/ISE, and remote access solutions
• Collaborate with server, cloud, and security teams
• Maintain network documentation, topology diagrams, and operational runbooks
• Participate in on-call support and major incident troubleshooting
• Ensure compliance with network and security standards
