Description

You will manage and oversee enterprise LAN and wireless network infrastructure, serving as the Level 3 escalation point for complex incidents.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design and deploy LAN and wireless network solutions, including detailed diagrams and configurations.
• Perform root cause analysis for complex incidents and manage hardware/software upgrades.
• Configure and optimize LAN switches, wireless controllers, and access points.
• Enforce security policies and collaborate with vulnerability teams to mitigate risks.
• Mentor L1 and L2 engineers and manage OEM vendor relationships.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in enterprise network engineering.
• Strong knowledge of Enterprise LAN technologies: VLANs, STP, RSTP, EtherChannel, QoS.
• Expertise in configuring wireless networks (Cisco or Juniper).
• Proficiency in routing protocols: OSPF, EIGRP, BGP.
• Hands-on experience with troubleshooting tools: Wireshark, SolarWinds, Cisco DNA Center, or Juniper MIST.
• Familiarity with 802.1X, RADIUS, and NAC solutions.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent work experience.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with SD-WAN and network automation tools like Python or Ansible.
• CCNP, CWNP, or equivalent certifications.
• Experience with DDI platforms like Infoblox and Zscaler.
