Description

You own the network infrastructure, providing professional-level operational support and resolving critical business issues through deep troubleshooting and design modifications.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Resolve complex network issues using performance analysis and Root Cause Analysis (RCA).
• Troubleshoot and manage routing protocols including BGP, EIGRP, and OSPF.
• Configure and maintain Cisco switches, routers, and Wireless LAN Controllers.
• Execute change controls, update process documentation, and manage communications with network service providers.
• Perform capacity planning and generate metrics for network performance, capacity, and availability.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in network engineering.
• Hands-on experience with Cisco routing and switching.
• Deep knowledge of BGP, OSPF, and EIGRP.
• Experience managing F5 load balancers.
• Proficiency in wireless networking and Cisco Wireless LAN Controllers.
• Experience with LAN switching, including VTP, STP, and packet capture.
• Ability to maintain DHCP servers.
• Any Graduate degree.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with multi-platform packet capture tools.
