Description

Lead network operations and drive technical resolution for high-priority incidents across LAN, WAN, and Wi-Fi environments.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Drive P1 and P2 technical calls independently to ensure rapid issue resolution.
• Design LAN, WAN, and Wi-Fi solutions for new customer requirements and projects.
• Liaise with architects and customers to define requirements and implement network solutions.
• Audit incident, change, and problem tickets through ITSM tools to ensure SLA and KPI compliance.
• Maintain accurate network drawings, process documents, and technical reports for stakeholders.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in network engineering.
• Expertise in Routing, Switching, and Wireless environments.
• Hands-on experience with Cisco PIX and LAN/WAN architectures.
• Proficiency with Cisco firewalls, Checkpoint, or Palo Alto firewalls.
• Strong knowledge of switches, routers, firewalls, and Wireless Controllers.
• CCNP, CCIE, or equivalent vendor certifications (Checkpoint, Juniper, or Palo Alto).
• Ability to manage onsite and offshore resource coordination.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with network automation tools.
