Description

Act as the subject matter expert for global network architecture and operations, owning the design, implementation, and maintenance of Cisco ACI and secure wireless infrastructure.

Responsibilities

• Design and maintain global Cisco ACI environments and Cisco Wireless/Meraki infrastructure.
• Manage cloud networking components including traffic managers, gateways, VNets, VPNs, ExpressRoute, and subnets.
• Perform SME-level troubleshooting for routing, switching, SD-WAN, and ISE to ensure zero downtime.
• Execute network device upgrades, hardware migrations, and standardization of device configurations.
• Coordinate with OEMs and third parties to resolve connectivity and infrastructure issues.

Required Skills

• 12+ years of experience in network operations working with Cisco products.
• Expertise in Routing, Switching, SD-WAN (Viptela/vManage), ACI, and Cisco Meraki.
• Advanced knowledge of routing protocols and complex troubleshooting.
• Hands-on experience managing Cloud Network components (VNet, VPN, ExpressRoute, Public IP).
• Proficiency with Splunk for proactive log analysis.
• Experience managing InfoBlox DDI and load balancers.
• CCNP or CCNA certification with advanced Routing & Switching expertise.
• Ability to work rotational night shifts as needed.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with IP management for both internal and external environments.
