Description

You will manage day-to-day network data and security operations, including incidents, service requests, and change requests.

Responsibilities

• Execute daily operational tasks involving routing, switching, firewalls, and VPNs.
• Plan and review all network change requests to ensure stability.
• Generate monthly and quarterly firewall audit and network capacity management reports.
• Troubleshoot incidents related to routing, switching, firewalls, load balancers, VPNs, and wireless networks.
• Implement service improvement plans for ongoing operational tasks.

Required Skills

• 12+ years of experience in network operations.
• Expertise in Cisco routing and switching.
• Proficiency in firewall policy management and maintenance.
• Hands-on experience with VPN troubleshooting.
• Practical understanding of load balancing.
• Experience with Cisco Wireless.
• Knowledge of SD-WAN and Aviatrix.
• Ability to manage break-fix scenarios and timely incident resolution.
