Description

Lead network service delivery, automation, and incident management for enterprise infrastructure.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategic discussions, roadmap planning, and customer management with leadership.
• Drive automation and process improvements in ITIL-based service delivery.
• Manage major incident calls, RCA processes, and third-party vendor escalations.
• Configure and discuss routing, switching, MPLS, and data center security technologies.
• Oversee network monitoring, alerts management, and ensure system reliability.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in Network Administration.
• Hands-on expertise with Dell switches and Palo Alto firewalls.
• Deep understanding of Cisco Catalyst switches, VLAN, STP, and VLAN Trunking.
• Proficiency in IP routing and switching principles.
• Experience with Network Security, including Firewalls, IDS/IPS, and VPN technologies.
• Knowledge of Cisco ASA for VPN technology.
• Understanding of Cisco ACI and SD-WAN architectures.
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Cisco Wireless LAN Controllers and Access points.
• ITIL certification or formal training in service delivery frameworks.
