Description

You will lead the design, implementation, and maintenance of the organization's network infrastructure, including LAN, WAN, and data center networks.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design and architecture of network strategies aligned with business objectives.
• Oversee day-to-day operations, including monitoring, troubleshooting, and performance optimization.
• Manage and mentor a team of network engineers.
• Evaluate, select, and implement new network technologies and solutions.
• Maintain network documentation and ensure security compliance with industry best practices.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience in network engineering.
• Deep expertise with Juniper and Aruba technologies.
• Strong knowledge of routing protocols including OSPF, BGP, and ISIS.
• Hands-on experience with switching technologies and network security concepts.
• Practical experience with MPLS, VPNs, and data center networking such as VXLAN and SDN.
• Proven ability to lead and mentor engineering teams.
• Strong project management skills to handle multiple simultaneous projects.
• Ability to troubleshoot complex network issues and communicate technical details to non-technical audiences.

Preferred Skills

• JNCIA-Junos, JNCIP-Junos, or relevant Aruba certifications.
• Experience with network automation and orchestration tools like Ansible, Puppet, or Chef.
• Knowledge of cloud networking (AWS, Azure, GCP), scripting (Python, Perl), and network security firewalls.
