Description

Lead the design, implementation, and maintenance of network infrastructure across LAN, WAN, and data center environments.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design and maintenance of LAN, WAN, and data center networks.
• Manage and mentor a team of network engineers.
• Oversee day-to-day operations, including monitoring, troubleshooting, and performance optimization.
• Define network architecture strategies and implement new technologies.
• Ensure network security, compliance, and maintain technical documentation.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience in network engineering.
• Expertise with Juniper and Aruba technologies.
• Deep understanding of OSPF, BGP, and ISIS routing protocols.
• Experience with switching technologies and network security concepts.
• Hands-on experience with MPLS, VPNs, VXLAN, and SDN.
• Proven experience leading and mentoring engineering teams.
• Strong project management and analytical troubleshooting skills.

Preferred Skills

• JNCIA - Junos, JNCIP - Junos, and Aruba certifications.
• Network automation using Ansible, Puppet, Chef, or Python.
• Cloud networking experience with AWS, Azure, or GCP.
