Description

You own the technical direction and implementation of network infrastructure.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute the technical strategy for network infrastructure.
• Build and maintain professional relationships with customer leaders and key stakeholders.
• Manage multiple concurrent activities and prioritize tasks with minimal supervision.
• Write executive and technical reports to communicate progress and findings.
• Apply automation concepts to identify opportunities for efficiency.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience in Information Technology.
• 5+ years of specific experience with Cisco Networks.
• 3+ years of experience working with Senior Leadership.
• Hands-on expertise with LAN, WAN, Wireless, and Firewalls.
• Experience with Zscaler, Infoblox, Load Balancers, DNS, and Proxy.
• Familiarity with ITSM products and processes, including ITIL.
• Strong documentation skills and ability to work independently.
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.

Preferred Skills

• 3+ years of tenure in a similar leadership role.
