Description

You will lead network operations and security tasks, focusing on routing, switching, and infrastructure stability.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day operational tasks including incidents, service requests, and change requests for network data and security.
• Plan, review, and execute all network change requests.
• Troubleshoot incidents related to routing, switching, firewalls, load balancers, VPN, and wireless connectivity.
• Generate monthly and quarterly firewall audit and network capacity management reports.
• Develop and implement service improvement plans for operational tasks.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of experience in network operations.
• Expertise in Cisco routing and switching.
• Hands-on experience with firewall policy management and maintenance.
• Strong understanding of load balancing technologies.
• Operational experience troubleshooting VPN connectivity.
• Proficiency with Cisco Wireless systems.
• Experience with SD-WAN and Aviatrix.
• Ability to manage break-fix scenarios and incident resolution.
• Degree in any graduate field.
