Description

Lead network operations and SolarWinds monitoring environments while managing the tools team and overseeing critical infrastructure configurations.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design, deploy, and upgrade SolarWinds/NMS environments including NPM, NCM, NTA, WPM, VNQM, and SaaS products.
• Configure device monitoring using SNMP, SSH, WinRM, WMI, and JMX protocols.
• Manage syslog message collection, storage, and forwarding according to local policies.
• Develop custom dashboards, alerts, and reports while defining and monitoring SLAs.
• Oversee Cisco ACI, SD-WAN (Viptela), Wireless, and ASA firewall/VPN configurations.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in network administration and tool management.
• Expertise in SolarWinds implementation, migration, and administration.
• Hands-on experience with Cisco ACI and Cisco SD-WAN (Viptela).
• Proficiency with Cisco Wireless, ASA firewalls (VPN), and OOB devices.
• Strong knowledge of Python scripting for network automation.
• Deep understanding of SNMP, SSH, WinRM, WMI, and JMX protocols.
• Ability to manage a tools team.
