Description

You will manage the maintenance, configuration, and operation of servers hosting network management tools.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Maintain NMN tool compliance with regulatory and security standards.
• Integrate network monitoring systems with other platforms and implement automation for logging, backup, and event management pipelines.
• Install and upgrade software, manage virtual servers, and automate privileged access management.
• Troubleshoot hardware and software errors through diagnostics, documentation, and vendor engagement.
• Perform bug scrubs on new software and maintain existing automation code.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in enterprise application deployment and DevOps.
• Proficiency in Python and Ansible for application automation.
• Strong Linux and Windows Server troubleshooting skills.
• Knowledge of routing and switching concepts including DHCP, DNS, routing protocols, ACLs, class and route maps, LDAP, AAA, and TACACS+.
• Understanding of SSO and SAML 2.0 from a platform integration standpoint.
• Ability to create Visio network diagrams and data flow diagrams.
• Experience with network change control processes and risk rationalization.

Preferred Skills

• System Engineer experience.
