Description

You will lead technical staff through business-critical operations and oversee enterprise-level multi-tenant cloud infrastructure.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor technical supervisors and support engineers.
• Design, document, plan, and implement LAN and WAN products.
• Develop comprehensive implementation, test, and back-out plans for new network products.
• Perform network performance analysis, capacity planning, and disaster recovery planning.
• Diagnose, isolate, and resolve complex network infrastructure problems.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in network performance analysis and capacity planning.
• 5+ years of experience writing technical and procedural documentation.
• Expertise in Cisco routing and switching hardware, software, and protocols.
• Deep understanding of TCP/IP data networks including MPLS, IS-IS, OSPF, BGP4, STP, RSTP, 802.1q, 802.1ah, and ADSL2+.
• Hands-on experience with LAN, WAN, and firewall technologies.
• Proficiency in VPN technologies and network encryption including IPSec.
• Proven experience implementing security practices that meet CJIS requirements.
• Cisco Gold Partner Certification.
• Knowledge of data privacy and protection initiatives.
