Description

You will lead the strategy, direction, and support for data and voice network technology across the organization.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Lead network infrastructure for IT projects and company integrations.
• Manage the network team through coaching, mentoring, and competency development.
• Oversee daily operations, high-priority ticket resolution, and vendor service management agreements.
• Direct disaster recovery efforts and ensure annual DR testing is completed according to plan.
• Develop and execute the corporate data center network budget and timeline.

Required Skills

• 15+ years of hands-on experience in network support and architecture design.
• Expertise in Cisco Data Center products including Nexus 9000, 2000, and 5000.
• Deep understanding of TCP/IP, BGP, OSPF, HSRP, and VRRP.
• Proficiency with Cisco IOS, IOS-XE, XR, and NX-OS.
• Hands-on troubleshooting experience with Nexus networks.
• Knowledge of DC Architectures such as DC-DR and Active-Active DC.
• Experience with LAN/WAN services: Switching, Routing, Network Security, IPsec, VPN, and DMVPN.
• Technical knowledge of DHCP, Logging, SNMP, RADIUS, and VLAN (802.1q).
• Ability to work in a 24/7 support environment.

Preferred Skills

• Silver Peak SD-WAN product experience.
