Description

You will manage and lead network operations, technical upgrades, and enterprise architecture troubleshooting.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Lead technical efforts for network upgrades and refreshes.
• Provide consulting to customers for continuous service improvement.
• Develop and drive foundational networking frameworks.
• Troubleshoot and manage enterprise network architecture.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of professional experience in network operations.
• Expertise in network architecture design and troubleshooting.
• Experience with Fortinet VPN solutions.
• Proficiency with F5 Load Balancer.
• Working knowledge of CUCM.
• Experience with GCP Infra Services.
• Familiarity with Contact Center technologies.

Preferred Skills

• 3-year tenure in previous roles.
