Description

You will design and maintain core infrastructure, including physical and virtual server environments, while managing network and operating system administration.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Administer VMware products including vSphere, vCenter, vSAN, NSX, VCF, and Log Insight.
• Oversee Microsoft, Red Hat, and Linux environments, including Active Directory, DHCP, and DNS.
• Manage systems optimization, patch management, lifecycle planning, and data backup and recovery.
• Respond to technical emergencies and system issues promptly, both remotely and in-person.
• Collaborate across teams to meet project timelines and deliverables.

Required Skills

• Minimum 5 years of professional experience in VMware administration.
• Proven ability to design, implement, and maintain complex infrastructure systems.
• Hands-on experience with vSphere, vCenter, vSAN, NSX, and VCF.
• Proficiency in managing Red Hat and Linux environments.
• Strong knowledge of Active Directory, DHCP, and DNS.
• Effective oral and written communication skills for collaboration with peers and leadership.
• Experience with systems lifecycle planning and patch management.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Log Insight for monitoring and troubleshooting.
• Background in physical server environment management.
