Description

You will lead the design, implementation, and management of data, voice, and video networks.

Responsibilities

• Design, deploy, and maintain LAN/WAN, Wi-Fi, SD-WAN, VPN, and firewall solutions.
• Lead a team of network engineers through mentorship, project direction, and performance reviews.
• Manage vendors and service providers regarding contract negotiation and SLA enforcement.
• Implement network security policies including NAC, IDS/IPS, and zero-trust strategies.
• Oversee disaster recovery planning, testing, and network topology documentation.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience in network engineering or infrastructure support.
• 2–3 years of experience in a team leadership or management role.
• Expertise in LAN/WAN, Wi-Fi, and SD-WAN.
• Hands-on experience with VPN, NAC, and IDS/IPS.
• Proficiency in network engineering and infrastructure management.
• Ability to manage IP addressing schema, DNS/DHCP, and DDI tools.
• Experience with capacity planning and budget preparation.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

Preferred Skills

• Master's degree in a related technical field.
