Description

You will own the day-to-day monitoring of network health and handle initial triage for connectivity issues.

Responsibilities

• Perform eyes-on-glass monitoring and initial networking triage to detect anomalies.
• Create and manage tickets within ServiceNow to track service requests and incidents.
• Execute incident management workflows to resolve network disruptions efficiently.
• Raise and manage tickets with circuit providers and hardware vendors for issue resolution.
• Coordinate with external partners to ensure timely restoration of services.

Required Skills

• 3+ years of experience in network operations or monitoring.
• Hands-on experience with network routing and switching protocols.
• Experience managing firewalls and load balancing configurations.
• Proficiency with ServiceNow for incident management and ticketing.
• Proven experience performing network incident management.
• Ability to coordinate effectively with external circuit providers and hardware vendors.
• Degree in any field of study.
