Description

You will provide L1 support within the Network Operations Center to ensure network stability and reliability.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Monitor network performance and availability using SolarWinds and NOC dashboards.
• Identify, document, and escalate network incidents, abnormalities, and outages to senior team members.
• Perform initial troubleshooting for connectivity issues, latency, and performance degradation, including ISP management.
• Execute routine tasks such as NCM backups and proactive Checkpoint checks.
• Manage the incident lifecycle by opening, tracking, and closing tickets following documented procedures.

Required Skills

• 1 to 3 years of experience in Network Operations.
• Strong understanding of TCP/IP, routing, switching, VLANs, subnets, and firewall concepts.
• Experience with networking equipment including routers, switches, wireless, firewalls, and load balancers.
• Knowledge of network monitoring tools and protocols such as SNMP, NetFlow, and Syslog.
• Ability to perform diagnostics and troubleshooting for network-related problems.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills for incident reporting and documentation.
• Any Graduate degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field.

Preferred Skills

• CCNA certification.
