Description

You will triage, diagnose, and remediate incidents across WAN, LAN, and WLAN infrastructure.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Triage and remediate VSAT, cellular, wired, and wireless WAN and LAN incidents.
• Provide first and second-level network operations support for all connectivity issues.
• Perform proactive maintenance on network routers, switches, and wireless access points.
• Create and review network device change procedures and documentation.
• Facilitate critical network incident conference calls.

Required Skills

• 3-5 years of experience in network technologies.
• 3-5 years of experience with Wi-Fi and wireless infrastructures.
• Proficiency with ServiceNow ticketing.
• Experience with LAN, WAN, routers, and switches.
• Knowledge of network routing and switching protocols.
• Familiarity with SD-WAN platforms.
• Experience as a Network Engineer.
• Experience with Linux.
