Description

You will provide technical support and incident resolution for medium to high complexity network environments.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Resolve incidents involving WAN, LAN, routers, firewalls, and security protocols.
• Implement and support remote access solutions including VPN, Terminal Services, and Citrix.
• Execute Severity and Crisis Management processes and support disaster recovery solutions.
• Monitor patch management and anti-virus alerts on servers and workstations.
• Interface with clients and vendors to resolve technical issues and participate in customer discovery sessions.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of professional experience in technical support or network operations.
• Hands-on experience with VPN, Terminal Services, and Citrix.
• Proven ability to manage Severity/Crisis Management protocols.
• Strong diagnostic skills for hardware and software troubleshooting.
• Experience maintaining customer service level agreements (SLAs).
• Knowledge of WAN, LAN, routers, and firewalls.
• Any Graduate degree.
