Description

You will build and manage the Network Operations Center team, overseeing AWS infrastructure monitoring, security protocols, and incident workflows while reporting operational status to executive leadership.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Build and manage a dedicated NOC team from the ground up.
• Communicate technical status and operational updates to C-suite executives.
• Manage incident workflows using Jira and Agile methodologies.
• Oversee monitoring and security protocols across AWS infrastructure.

Required Skills

• 12+ years of professional experience in technical operations or management.
• Experience setting up and managing NOC teams.
• Proficiency with AWS Compute services including EC2 and Lambda.
• Management of AWS Storage including RDS and MongoDB.
• Implementation of monitoring via CloudWatch, Log Insights, Alarms, SNS, and Eventbridge.
• Security administration using IAM, Access Analyzer, Cloudtrail, Security Hub, and Config.
• Hands-on experience with AWS IoT Core.
• Strong command of Jira and Agile processes.
