Description

You will provide 24/7/365 continuous monitoring and support for business and network computer systems, infrastructure services, and data center environments.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and support corporate and operational computer systems, including hardware, software, CPU, and file systems.
• Oversee network infrastructure and firewalls to ensure continuous connectivity.
• Manage file system backups, batch processing, and telecom infrastructure monitoring.
• Support SAP applications including SAP-CIS, SAP-FIS, SAP-HR, SAP-WMS, and SAP-AMI.
• Act as the central point of contact during system maintenance, outages, and after-hours service desk calls.
• Document and escalate disruptions to support teams and coordinate with Production Control.
• Compile and distribute daily morning reports and weekly reports.
• Maintain updated NOC procedures and call duty rosters.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in a technical support or monitoring role.
• Hands-on experience with network infrastructure and firewalls.
• Experience monitoring and supporting SAP applications.
• Knowledge of maintaining NOC procedures.
• Ability to work 12-hour shifts, including weekends, holidays, and after-hours calls.
• Ability to lift up to 40 pounds and perform physical tasks such as stooping, kneeling, or crawling.
• Strong communication skills for coordinating issue resolution with other support areas.
