Description

You will provide 24/7 monitoring and support for business systems, network infrastructure, and data center environments.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and support corporate computer systems, including hardware, software, CPU, and file systems.
• Oversee network infrastructure and firewalls to ensure continuous connectivity.
• Manage file system backups, batch processing, and telecom infrastructure monitoring.
• Support SAP applications (SAP-CIS, SAP-FIS, SAP-HR, SAP-WMS, SAP-AMI).
• Document disruptions, escalate to support teams, and coordinate with Production Control during outages.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in technical support or monitoring roles.
• Hands-on experience with network infrastructure and firewalls.
• Experience monitoring and supporting SAP applications.
• Knowledge of maintaining NOC procedures.
• Ability to work 12-hour shifts, including weekends, holidays, and after-hours calls.
• Ability to lift up to 40 pounds and perform physical tasks (stooping, kneeling, crawling).
• Strong communication skills for coordinating issue resolution.
