Description

You will manage global network and security infrastructure through active monitoring, incident remediation, and operational maintenance.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1st/2nd line technical support, incident management, and circuit and hardware monitoring.
• Manage operational network maintenance, implement changes, and follow the change management cycle via ServiceNow.
• Perform fault management, alert remediation, and tuning of monitoring systems.
• Assist with root cause analysis, periodic network reviews, and the establishment of operational procedures.
• Execute daily network checks, operational handover duties, and participate in shift rotation coverage.

Required Skills

• 7+ years of experience in IT infrastructure operations or support roles.
• Hands-on experience with Cisco NX OS and Cisco ISE.
• Proficiency with F5 load balancers.
• Experience with Checkpoint firewalls.
• Working knowledge of network routing, switching technologies, and routing protocols.
• CCNP or CCNA certification.
• Degree in any field.

Preferred Skills

• Scripting and automation experience using Python, Ansible, or Terraform.
• Experience with Zscaler cloud and cloud computing network domains.
