Description

You will manage operational network maintenance, implement changes, and perform daily network checks including incident management and hardware monitoring.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1st and 2nd line technical support and manage incidents.
• Monitor circuits and hardware, reporting carrier issues and managing hardware RMAs.
• Handle alert remediation, fault management, and tuning of monitoring systems.
• Execute ServiceNow requests following the established change management cycle.
• Participate in shift rotations, command center bridges, and root cause analysis.

Required Skills

• 4 to 7 years of experience in IT infrastructure operations or support.
• Proficiency with Cisco routing and switching technologies, protocols, routers, and switches.
• Working knowledge of Cisco NX-OS and Cisco ISE.
• Familiarity with Zscaler cloud and cloud computing network domains.
• CCNA or CCNP certification.
• Experience with Python, Ansible, or Terraform.
• Experience with Cisco Firewall Security.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Checkpoint, Cisco firewalls, load balancers, and WAN accelerators.
• Experience with F5 load balancers.
