Description

Manage network monitoring, incident response, and operational maintenance for circuit and hardware infrastructure.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1st and 2nd line technical support, incident management, and fault remediation.
• Monitor circuits and hardware, report carrier issues, and manage hardware RMAs.
• Execute operational network maintenance, implement changes, and complete daily network checks.
• Participate in shift rotations and join Command Center bridges to troubleshoot network issues.
• Review ServiceNow requests and follow the change management cycle to fulfill requirements.

Required Skills

• 4–7 years of experience in IT infrastructure operations or support roles.
• Practical knowledge of network routing and switching technologies and protocols.
• Hands-on experience with Cisco routers and switches.
• Experience with Cisco NX-OS, Cisco ISE, and Zscaler cloud.
• Experience with F5 load balancers.
• Knowledge of cloud computing network domains.
• Ability to perform root cause analysis and assist with periodic network reviews.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Checkpoint firewalls, WAN accelerators, and automation tools like Python, Ansible, or Terraform.
• Formal technical certifications such as CCNP, CCNA, or cloud computing certifications.
