Description

You will own the day-to-day operation and stability of the network infrastructure.

Responsibilities

  • Monitor network performance and availability using Network Management Systems (NMS).
  • Troubleshoot and resolve network incidents, outages, and performance issues.
  • Configure and maintain network devices including routers, switches, firewalls, and load balancers.
  • Perform L1/L2/L3 support and manage escalation handling for network issues.
  • Manage LAN/WAN, VPN, DNS, DHCP, and IP addressing schemes.

Required Skills

  • 6+ years of experience in network operations or support.
  • Strong knowledge of TCP/IP, routing, and switching concepts.
  • Hands-on experience with networking devices (Cisco, Juniper, or similar).
  • Familiarity with firewalls, VPNs, and general network security practices.
  • Experience using monitoring tools such as SolarWinds, Nagios, or Zabbix.
  • Good understanding of the OSI model and standard troubleshooting methodologies.
  • Basic scripting knowledge (Python, Bash) is required.
  • Experience with Lan/wan, Vpn, Dns, Dhcp, Switches, Firewalls, Azure, Aws, Gcp, and Sd-wan.

Preferred Skills

  • Certification such as CCNP or CCNP.
  • Experience in data center or cloud networking environments.
