Lead enterprise network operations to ensure the availability and resilience of data and voice infrastructure.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Own LAN, WAN, and firewall operations to maintain system stability.
• Lead incident, problem, and change management processes.
• Act as the primary escalation point for complex network incidents.
• Coordinate with external network vendors and service providers.
• Support disaster recovery and resilience planning efforts.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience in network operations.
• Deep expertise in LAN and WAN technologies.
• Proven experience managing firewall infrastructure.
• Strong knowledge of ITSM governance frameworks.
• Ability to lead incident management and change processes.
• Experience coordinating with third-party vendors.

Preferred Skills

• Background in voice or telecom networks.
• Experience in disaster recovery and resilience planning.
