Description

You will own day-to-day network operations and support, focusing on troubleshooting and resolving connectivity issues without involvement in design or implementation projects.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and resolve broken network issues and connectivity faults.
• Provide operational support for existing network infrastructure.
• Maintain stability across SD-WAN, NAC, and firewall environments.
• Handle day-to-day support tickets.

Required Skills

• 12+ years of professional experience in network environments.
• Hands-on experience with Azure Networking.
• Experience managing SD-WAN technologies (e.g., Aruba Silver Peak).
• Experience with Web Application Firewalls (WAF), including Azure WAF.
• Familiarity with Zscaler or similar cloud security tools.
• Knowledge of Network Access Control (NAC) tools, such as Aruba ClearPass.
• Experience with Palo Alto or similar firewall technologies.
• Foundational knowledge of Routing and Switching.

• Degree in any field.
