Description

You will manage the deployment and operations of network infrastructure across data centers, branches, and campuses.

Responsibilities

• Deploy and operate network infrastructure for new connectivity and existing site expansions.
• Turn up new sites or PODs and integrate them with existing infrastructure.
• Troubleshoot routing protocols within spine/leaf topologies, VxLAN, and VRF environments.
• Act as the escalation point for production outages and project-driven initiatives.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in network operations.
• Proficiency with Cisco switches and routers, Juniper routers, and Arista switches.
• Deep understanding of BGP, OSPF, and RIP routing protocols.
• Hands-on experience with VRF, underlay, and overlay network concepts.
• Knowledge of Ethernet technologies including spanning tree, VLANs, trunking, channeling, and multilayer switching.
• Experience with WAN technologies such as MPLS/VPN.
• Competency in multicast routing including PIEM, IGMP, and MSDP.
• Working knowledge of Unix, Visio, and PowerPoint.

Preferred Skills

• Expert-level ability to decode packet captures and identify issues using Wireshark.
• Hands-on experience creating and leveraging Splunk dashboards.
