Description

You will manage global network and security infrastructure through active monitoring, incident remediation, and operational maintenance.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1st and 2nd line technical support, incident management, and hardware/circuit monitoring.
• Execute operational network maintenance, change management cycles, and daily network checks.
• Perform fault management, alert remediation, and tuning of monitoring systems.
• Assist with root cause analysis, periodic network reviews, and establishing operational procedures.
• Participate in shift rotation coverage and command center troubleshooting.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in IT infrastructure operations or support roles.
• Strong knowledge of network routing and switching technologies and protocols.
• Hands-on experience with Cisco routers and switches.
• CCNP or CCNA certification.
• Experience with Cisco NX-OS.
• Any graduate degree.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Checkpoint, Cisco firewalls, load balancers, and WAN accelerators.
• Proficiency with F5 load balancers, Cisco Client, and Zscaler cloud.
• Knowledge of cloud computing network domains and automation tools including Python, Ansible, and Terraform.
