Description

You will provide Tier 2 network support, manage technical ticket queues, and maintain network infrastructure health.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and diagnose VPN, Wi-Fi, Internet, and internal network issues.
• Monitor network and security infrastructure using organizational tools and platforms.
• Perform detailed root cause analysis for complex technical issues.
• Engage with cross-functional teams to escalate and prioritize support issues.
• Assist in network deployment and testing.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of relevant industry experience in network operations.
• Experience troubleshooting complex issues and performing root cause analysis.
• Knowledge of network orchestration and automation using Python, Ansible, and Terraform.
• Experience supporting BGP networks and other advanced routing protocols.
• Fundamental understanding of network security and edge firewall support.
• Experience with SSE VPN solutions for widely distributed users.
• Strong communication skills to interact with various technical expertise levels.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Fortinet firewalls and switching, Ubiquiti Wi-Fi, and Zscaler ZIA/ZPPA.
• Experience with Cradlepoint NetCloud and Cradlepoint routers.

Education: Any Graduate degree.
