Description

Manage and maintain large-scale enterprise networking environments as the primary escalation point for high-impact incidents.

Responsibilities

• Resolve network operation issues and coordinate incident resolution.
• Take over full network operations support from the implementation team following environment cutovers.
• Own network service delivery by ensuring all deliverables are clearly defined and communicated.
• Translate business requirements into technical solutions through effective interface with business areas.

Required Skills

• 7+ years of hands-on experience in large-scale enterprise networking environments.
• Bilingual proficiency in Japanese and English.
• Deep understanding of TCP/IP routing and switching.
• Expertise in dynamic routing protocols including OSPF, EIGRP, and BGP.
• Knowledge of network design best practices at a CCNP level.
• Experience with network security including Firewalls and NAC.
• Experience managing switching topologies across Wired, Wireless, Cloud, and Virtual networks.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and web-based business applications.
