Maintain and update network documentation including device inventories, network diagrams, firmware versions, support contracts, and end-of-life tracking
Assist with network asset management across global sites
Support DHCP inventory efforts and upcoming Infoblox implementation
Document existing DHCP scopes, reservations, lease pools, and network configurations
Monitor network health and perform first-pass review of alerts including:
Interface flaps
VPN tunnel status changes
High CPU / memory utilization
Certificate expiration warnings
Assist with VPN migration and cutover activities
Document and validate existing VPN tunnel configurations
Manage certificate, licensing, and support contract tracking
Provide first-touch support for network-related incidents and service requests
Troubleshoot connectivity, VPN, and performance-related issues
Route tickets appropriately and resolve straightforward issues when possible
Support multiple infrastructure initiatives currently underway, including global network expansion projects
Desired Experience
3-7+ years of Network Engineering or Network Administration experience
Strong understanding of TCP/IP, routing, switching, DNS, DHCP, and VPN technologies
