Description

You will maintain global network infrastructure, manage incidents, and support expansion projects.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Maintain network documentation, including device inventories, diagrams, firmware versions, and contract tracking.
• Monitor network health and perform first-pass review of alerts for interface flaps, VPN status changes, and high utilization.
• Troubleshoot connectivity, VPN, and performance issues while providing first-touch support for incidents.
• Support DHCP inventory efforts, document scopes, and assist with Infoblox implementation and VPN migrations.
• Manage certificate, licensing, and support contract tracking across global sites.

Required Skills

• 3-7+ years of Network Engineering or Network Administration experience.
• Strong understanding of TCP/IP, routing, switching, DNS, DHCP, and VPN technologies.
• Experience supporting enterprise network environments and working within ticketing systems.
• Familiarity with network monitoring and alerting platforms.
• Ability to maintain detailed network documentation and diagrams.
• Strong troubleshooting and communication skills.
• Bachelor's degree in a related field.

Preferred Skills

• Exposure to Infoblox or other IPAM/DHCP management platforms.
• Cisco networking experience or global WAN environment exposure.
