Description

You will manage global network and security infrastructure, focusing on routing, load balancing, monitoring, and optimization.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1st and 2nd line technical support, incident management, and hardware monitoring.
• Manage operational network maintenance, implement changes, and follow change management cycles via ServiceNow.
• Perform fault management, alert remediation, and tuning of monitoring systems.
• Conduct root cause analysis for incidents and participate in periodic network reviews.
• Execute daily network checks, operational handovers, and participate in shift rotation coverage.

Required Skills

• 4–7 years of experience in IT infrastructure operations or support roles.
• Hands-on experience with Cisco routers, switches, and Cisco NX-OS.
• Strong knowledge of network routing and switching technologies and protocols.
• Experience with F5 load balancers and Cisco Client.
• Understanding of WAN and cloud computing network domains.
• Technical certification such as CCNA or CCNP.
• Degree in any graduate field.
