Description

You will own the network operations function, managing team deliverables across 10,000+ configuration items and 50+ KPIs.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Oversee network solution performance alongside cloud platforms to ensure reliability, security, and scalability.
• Manage the Network Operations Center's day-to-day activities and perform root cause analysis for incidents.
• Implement automation, standardization, and monitoring solutions to increase operational efficiency.
• Develop and manage annual budgets, schedules, and performance metrics for all infrastructure functions.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of leadership experience in global support or service delivery, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
• 9+ years of relevant technical experience.
• Experience building, leading, and optimizing a 24x7 global NOC, Support, or Service Delivery team.
• Proficiency in Network Operations, BGP, OSPF, MPLS, SD-WAN, VPN, DNS/DHCP, and Network Security.
• Hands-on experience with Palo Alto and Nexus technologies.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
