Description

Own the full lifecycle of network and data center projects, from technical analysis and RFP response to delivery, team leadership, and P&L management.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Lead technical analysis for Network RFPs and draft Statements of Work detailing scope, deliverables, and timelines.
• Own project P&L, developing pricing models and ensuring financial targets and margins are met.
• Lead and mentor a cross-functional team, setting goals, monitoring scorecards, and organizing upskilling programs.
• Act as the primary client contact, managing relationships, reviewing progress, and ensuring SLA compliance.
• Track project costs, optimize profitability, and implement process improvements to mitigate risks.

Required Skills

• 12+ years of experience in network infrastructure and project management.
• Minimum 7+ years in project leadership roles.
• Proven experience with Network and Data Centre Infrastructure deployment.
• Strong background in technical analysis for RFPs and SOWs.
• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Computer Science, or related field.
• Project management methodologies and financial acumen.

Preferred Skills

• PMP, Prince2, ITIL, or CCNA certifications.
• Experience with application packaging (APPV, MSI) and Workspace ONE.
