You will focus on streamlining NOC monitoring and automation processes to improve operational visibility.

Responsibilities

• Customize and optimize Assure1 to enhance automation capabilities.
• Conduct root cause analysis to improve detection and reduce MTTD and MTTR.
• Collaborate with engineering and technical teams to drive automation initiatives.
• Develop training programs, technical documentation, and monitoring KPIs.
• Streamline monitoring processes to improve overall efficiency.

Required Skills

• 5 years of experience in network operations or related roles.
• Expertise in network monitoring tools and processes.
• Hands-on experience with Assure1.
• Proficiency in network troubleshooting.
• Experience with ticketing systems.
• Strong background in process improvement.
• Ability to drive automation within a NOC environment.
