Description

You will provide technical support for PC hardware, software, and network infrastructure in a local environment.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot PC hardware, software, peripherals, and wireless-based systems.
• Administer Windows servers and support Windows Terminal Server/Citrix environments.
• Maintain and install computer hardware, servers, and application software.
• Diagnose network connectivity issues back to the switch.
• Perform SQL database backup support for virtual systems.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in technical support or system administration.
• Experience troubleshooting CAD/RMS, Hach WIMS, and Firehouse applications.
• Proficiency in Windows server administration and service management.
• Hands-on experience with hardware installation and maintenance for PCs and servers.
• Knowledge of networking interfaces and troubleshooting wireless systems.
• Experience supporting virtualized environments and Citrix/Terminal Server.
• Ability to write technical reports and user manuals.

Preferred Skills

• Degree or equivalent experience (Any Graduate).
